Our mustard batches are made from raw, organic yellow and brown mustard seeds (natural antibacterial properties) and yellow ground mustard steeped in water and apple cider vinegar for 24+ hours, then ground and sweetened so slightly with our pure maple syrup. They impart a full-bodied mustard zing similar to a dijon, paired with a stone ground mustard and with a slight sweet side, so prepare your taste buds for an exhilarating mustard experience. Pretzels – heavenly! Refrigerate after opening.
